Little Dragons and Little Ninja
The Dojo is committed to teaching the next generations how to gain the tools of personal responsibility needed for true success in life.

The LITTLE DRAGONS Prep Course program is the proper way to train the youngest age group in martial arts.
This program includes age-specific teaching methods, exercises, games, and activities that will spark the growth
of a 3, 4 and 5-year-old in all four areas of development including physical, intellectual, emotional, and social growth. All new students will begin in this program
designed to have fun while teaching valuable skills that
will last a lifetime.

This LITTLE NINJA Pre-School Martial Arts Program for children ages 5, 6 and 7 includes fundamental skills of development and age-appropriate drills. This program
is designed for MAXIMUM effectiveness through this
age-specific material; giving students and parents measurable results! This class is more intense in nature than Little Dragons. While using age appropriate exercises, students are required to have more focus and discipline
for this curriculum.

The Dojo does not believe in competing for trophies. We
only compete with ourselves. Your child will have fun learning the following:
      • Practical and effective self protection
      • Self-discipline
      • Respect for self and others
      • Conflict resolution skills
      • Increased self confidence
      • Leadership skills
      • Anti-bullying techniques
      • Anger management
      • Natural weight loss
      • Increased strength and flexibility
      • Increased awareness
      • Increased positive attitude
      • Sense of purpose
      • Compassion for others
      • Cause and effect dynamics

Students may be eligible for Jr. Level 1 classes after the age of 7, depending on the student’s maturity level, grasp of the techniques and instructors approval.
